Monday Funday

This weeks Monday Funday was not as adventurous as some.  We had dentist appointments!!  Yay!  Actually, my kids really love their dentist and look forward to going, so they were pretty excited to tell you the truth.  No cavities for either kiddos and a great report!

She always has to grab the big puppy to have on her lap

This dude just chills out there

After the dentist, we let our fluoride sink in while we checked out the new Market Street (kinda fancy grocery store) that just opened in Flower Mound.
Either this car buggy is for two really teeny tiny kids or mine are getting too big for this

Then it was off to celebrate no sugar bugs with more sugar!  Fro Yo!!  ;)

Dallas Zoo

Today we took advantage of another beautiful day and ventured to the Dallas Zoo with our friends the Arnett's.

Two zoos in one week, it must be our lucky week Mom!

We watched them feed the female lions this time.  Amazing

Monday Funday

Today's Monday Funday was at the Frank Buck Zoo in Gainesville, about 45 minutes north of us.  It was a small zoo, but turned out to be pretty fun and not crowded at all.  It was an amazing day, the high was 70, not a cloud in the sky!

L.O.V.E these two

They got to feed a giraffe

Well, hello there

Check out that tongue

They wanted their picture taken by this statue!  On a side note...this is Ansley's go to position when taking a pic with Griffin.  Melt my heart

Me and my loves

Not quite as big as a turkey vulture's wing span

Ansley wanted this guy as her pet

Thankfully not this one

But she did want this one

LOVED feeding the goats

Ansley absolutely wanted to take these two home as her pets.  ;)

Cletus the camel resting

Next to the zoo was this pretty awesome playground, so we had to play for a bit

Then they selected Cracker Barrel for a late lunch!
